1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Sawtcode Creations ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of Sawtdeen (an official product of Sawtcode Creations, website: sawtdeen.com) and the Sawtdeen Mobile Application.

By downloading, installing, registering, or using Sawtdeen, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Platform Services

Sawtdeen is a digital community management platform designed for Masjids, Jamaath committees, scholars, vendors, and community citizens. Key services include:

• Jamaath Management & Dues Collection: Tools for Jamaath committees to manage member registers, track mosque dues/Khata, issue digital receipts, and view financial reports.
• Jamaath Announcements & Alerts: Publishing official Friday Jumaah bayan timings, prayer schedule updates, emergency notifications, and community alerts.
• Digital Islamic Features: Quran reader, Azkar supplications, daily Hadith/wisdom, and interactive digital Tasbeeh counter.
• Islamic Shopping Portal: A directory allowing verified vendors to list Islamic items (prayer mats, caps, attar, books) for community discovery.
• Hajj & Umrah Package Listings: Tour operator package showcases providing duration, pricing, and itinerary details.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete mobile phone number details during account registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and One-Time Passwords (OTP).
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@sawtdeen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false registration information or violate community standards.

4. Vendor & Tour Operator Guidelines

Vendors listing items in the Islamic Shopping Portal and tour operators listing Hajj & Umrah packages agree to:

• Provide truthful, non-misleading descriptions, pricing, and images for all products and travel packages.
• Ensure all listed products comply with Islamic principles and applicable local laws of India.
• Sawtdeen acts solely as a discovery platform and directory. All transactions, payments, or booking agreements occur directly between the buyer/traveler and the vendor via WhatsApp/phone. Sawtdeen is not a party to external vendor transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or hate speech content in announcements or listings.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Sawtdeen App API or database.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Misrepresenting yourself as a Jamaath committee member or authorized scholar without verification.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Sawtdeen logo, branding, app code, UI designs, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Sawtcode Creations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal community purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sawtcode Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use or inability to use the Sawtdeen platform or third-party vendor listings.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
